Summary
To drive the full commercial performance of the business through B2B and a C acquisition, market share expansion, and salesforce productivity.
Lead account penetration, top-line accuracy, pipeline velocity, and profitability protection.
BuiId and govern a scalable sales infrastructure integrating data fidelity, credit control, trainings systems, and research-based strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Conversion Leadership: Achieve N40B gross booking volume annually. Acquire minimum of 3 corporate accounts/branch/month (N100M/month, 10% margin) and 8 multinational accounts/year (N500M/month, 15% margin).
Client Value & Retention: Maintain 95% retention rate. Grow average spend of top 10 clients by 25% YOY Ensure 100% upsell/cross-sell application across key accounts.
Forecast Discipline & Reporting: Attain 95% forecast accuracy. Submit 100% MIS by the 5th monthly. Maintain 95% CRM compliance and 24-hour lead response standard.
Margin Health & Credit Policy Enforcement: Reduce credit sales to 20%of total sales. Maintain bad debt below 5% of receivables. Enforce 10% net margin/month ac ross all branches.
Salesforce Execution & Talent Development: Sustain 90% team KPI attainment. Complete 100% of engagement and training sessions monthly. Ensure 10% improvement in individual team performance metrics. Resolve 100% of performance issues within 7 days.
Customer Experience & Market Insight: Maintain 4.5/5 CSAT Resolve 100% of co mplaints within 24 hours. Deliver quarterly competitor insight briefings. Expand mar ket share by 20% annually.
Research & Commercial Development: Lead quarterly market benchmarking and win/loss analysis sessions. Launch 22 new revenue generation or market-entry initiatives annually based on internal R&D or field intelligence
Qualification and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Professional qualifications/certifications are an added advantage
Proven experience (6 years) in affiliate marketing, preferably within the travel industry.
Travel experience and/or luxury jet travel experience is hihhly preferred.
A deep understanding of affiliate marketing, a passion for travel, and the ability to strategize, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns effectively.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging marketing ampaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for campaign management and tracking.
Passion for travel and a keen interest in the travel industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
