About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and produce short-form videos that grow the brand's online presence.
- The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content creation, video editing, and audience engagement, with a strong interest in beauty and fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit videos for social media.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Monitor beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
- Create content that showcases products, services, and the brand.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Grow engagement, reach, followers, and brand visibility.
- Track social media performance and prepare simple reports.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Gender Preference: Female preferred
- Ability to create engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
- Creative with good storytelling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous social media and video work is required.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
