Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Front Desk / Executive Assistant to provide exceptional front desk services while offering administrative and executive support to the CEO and senior management team.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments, meetings, and reservations for executives.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services to clients.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, executives, and senior managers.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings and provide executive briefings where necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Coordinate company events, business functions, and conferences.
- Provide visitors with basic information and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Support project management activities and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Officer, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Salary & Benefits
- Net Salary: ₦150,000 per month.
