Job Description
- We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Administrative Officer to manage the front desk and provide effective administrative support to the organization.
- The successful candidate will also serve as a key point of contact between the head office and other branch locations, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-up, and coordination of administrative activities across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and receive visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Serve as a communication link between the head office and other branch locations.
- Liaise with branch administrators and relevant staff to obtain updates, follow up on requests, and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate and track administrative requests from different locations and escalate outstanding issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, files, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare reports, memos, correspondence, minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and other administrative needs across locations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, visitors, and internal communications.
- Support the HR/Admin team with staff documentation, onboarding, attendance records, and other administrative activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties on administrative matters.
- Assist with office maintenance, repairs, facility management, and other general office requirements.
- Ensure that information and instructions from management are properly communicated to relevant branches and followed up to completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and staff records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Education:
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, customer service, office coordination, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple branches or locations is an added advantage.
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, or service industry is an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Must be professional, well-groomed, confident, and approachable.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Must be comfortable communicating with staff and management across different locations.
- Must be willing to make occasional trips to other branch locations when required.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must be proficient with computers and comfortable using digital communication tools.
- Candidates who reside within reasonable proximity to the office location will be preferred.
Remuneration
N150,000 monthly, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
