Warranty Manager
Location: Victoria Island (VI), Lagos

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee warranty claims, processes, and customer service while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with customers, dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers on warranty issues.
- Review claims, verify supporting documents, and minimise fraudulent claims.
- Monitor warranty costs, trends, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of warranty-related complaints.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warranty management, after-sales service, or a related role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant warranty / CRM systems.
- Experience in the automotive, electronics, or equipment industry is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
