Risk Manager
Location: Berga, Akute - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Bank's risk management framework.
- Monitor credit, operational, fraud, liquidity, technology and digital risks.
- Independently review credit portfolio performance and emerging risks.
- Monitor PAR, NPL, concentration, credit losses and risk limits.
- Conduct risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Monitor fraud, operational incidents and third-party risks.
- Review risks associated with new products and digital channels.
- Prepare risk reports for Management and the Board Risk Committee.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or related field.
- CIBN/ACIB, FRM, ACA, ACCA, CISA or similar qualification is an advantage.
- 7 years' banking / financial-services experience, including strong risk experience.
- MFB, fintech, digital banking or lending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit, operational, fraud and enterprise risk.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
