Product Manager - Digital Banking
Location: Berger Akute, Lagos

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
- 5–8 years' product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital banking or payments.
- Demonstrable experience launching or managing fintech/mobile banking products.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital user experience.
- Experience working with technology, design, operations, risk and compliance teams.
- Ability to translate customer problems into product requirements.
- Strong understanding of APIs and digital financial services.
- Experience with product analytics, A/B testing and product performance metrics.
- Agile/Scrum experience is highly desirable.
- Certification: Product Management, Agile, Scrum or related certification is an advantage.
