Videographer / Video Content Creator

Role Summary
- We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Video Content Creator responsible for developing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that strengthens the brand, supports marketing campaigns, increases audience engagement, and contributes to measurable business growth across social media, digital, and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging video concepts aligned with the brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Produce product demonstrations, promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer-experience videos.
- Cover in-store activities, events, activations, campaigns, and other brand-related experiences.
- Edit videos using strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop performance-driven video advertisements designed to support customer acquisition and marketing campaigns.
- Create trend-based and culturally relevant content that drives reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand & Growth Manager to develop content that supports campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content opportunities.
- Organise and maintain video footage, project files, raw materials, and other creative assets.
- Review video performance and audience insights to identify opportunities for improving future content.
- Manage multiple video projects while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in videography, video production, and video editing.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative content development skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong knowledge of short-form social media content and current content trends.
- Ability to create strong hooks and compelling visual narratives.
- Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of branding, social media marketing, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective video concepts.
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently from concept to final delivery.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work is required.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level).
