Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle daily accounting operations and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget performance.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support audits and tax-related activities.
- Utilise accounting software effectively for financial management and reporting.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven accounting experience.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
