Facilities and Maintenance Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Inspect lights, sockets, electrical fittings, plumbing, water systems, generator, inverter, solar systems, air conditioners and building facilities; perform minor repairs; record generator hours and fuel use; report hazards; coordinate technicians; and maintain preventive-maintenance records.
Requirements
- OND, technical certificate or trade-test qualification in electrical, mechanical, building services or a related trade; practical maintenance experience; and knowledge of workplace safety.
- Current professional registration and practising licence where applicable.
- Verifiable employment history and references.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Willingness to undertake shift, weekend or night duties where required.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
