Store Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and product movement.
- Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of products.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales and stock reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and properly maintained.
- Support sales growth and achievement of store targets.
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in store management, retail or a related role.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Must be resident in Surulere, Lagos or nearby areas.
- Candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance to Surulere are preferred.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
