Requirements
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of employee management, recruitment, attendance, performance management, and workplace policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing people and responsibilities.
