Program Manager

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of impactful programs that advance the organization's mission.
- The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in nonprofit or health-related program management, stakeholder engagement, team development, and program impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and impact against established KPIs
- Develop and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Prepare high-quality reports for leadership, partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with beneficiaries, partners, funders, and community organizations
- Oversee program budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
- Support fundraising, grant management, and donor engagement efforts
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers
- Ensure program compliance with nonprofit sector regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Program Management
- Experience managing nonprofit, healthcare, public health, or community-focused programs
- Strong experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Proven budget and resource management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with grant management and fundraising
