Treasury Associate
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Role Summary
- The Treasury Associate supports the daily treasury operations of Expedier by monitoring account balances, processing treasury transactions, performing reconciliations, and assisting with liquidity management.
- The role ensures accurate records, timely transaction execution, and effective coordination with banks, payment partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily balances across bank accounts, wallets, and payment platforms.
- Process approved treasury transfers, account funding, and top-ups.
- Support the execution and tracking of OTC and offline transactions.
- Perform daily reconciliations of bank, wallet, and partner accounts.
- Follow up on pending transactions, settlements, and funding requests.
- Prepare weekly treasury balance and transaction reports
- Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with banks, payment processors, and liquidity partners on operational matters.
- Escalate liquidity shortages, reconciliation issues, and transaction exceptions promptly.
- Support treasury process improvement and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking Operations, or Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N311,000 per month.
