Job Summary

• We are recruiting an experienced and result-driven Marketer for one of its clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, developing marketing strategies, attracting customers, and driving sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Promote products through both online and offline marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Meet sales and marketing targets set by management.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, product presentations, and marketing events.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a professional representation of the company at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing or a similar role.
• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
