Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management and staff development.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Provide general HR support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Net Monthly
