Operations Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee waste collection, recycling, and processing operations across multiple facilities.
- The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, manage resources, ensure compliance, and lead teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all facilities and ensure operational targets are met.
- Coordinate material inflow, stock management, and transfers to the Ilupeju processing plant.
- Monitor grinding operations, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Manage diesel usage, generators, and operational costs.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and operational reporting.
- Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within manufacturing, recycling, waste management, or plastics.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
