Job Summary
- Careercoaching serviceOur client is a licensed financial institution providing loan and investment solutions to businesses and individuals. As part of their expansion, they are growing their Proof of Funds product, which supports clients with travel, education, immigration, and relocation processes.
- The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the Proof of Funds business, generating revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the end-to-end customer journey.
- This is a business-growth role requiring initiative, commercial acumen, strong sales ability, and excellent relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Financial Services, Fintech, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Proof of Funds business, achieve revenue targets, and identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Source, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and immigration firms.
- Build and manage the product sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer and transaction process, working closely with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.
- Track product performance, revenue, transaction volumes, and profitability.
- Prepare performance reports, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Salary
N500,000 Net + Up to 0.5% Commission.
