Mobile Agent Sales Representative

Job Description
- Manage online engagement and operation of Mobile Agents and provide them with adequate assistance to effectively sell and activate SIM cards, vouchers, and data top-ups.
- Answer the Agent inquiries promptly regarding the company’s products and services.
- Identify and implement appropriate solutions to increase customers in the area/zone.
Responsibilities
- Learn and become a source of knowledge for the company’s products & services.
- Manage online recruitment of Digital Mobile Agents
- Actively listen, understand the Agent's concerns, and respond promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Be adaptable, resourceful, and learn to sustain online working relationships with the Agents.
- Take ownership, follow up, close the loop, and be accountable for your area/zone.
Qualifications
- Any degree in any field of study, with a minimum of an HND degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Must be fluent (speaking & writing) in any of the Igbo, Hausa, or Yoruba languages.
- Must have well-developed communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and comfortable with pressing phone.
Remuneration
N100,000 (N70,000 base + 30,000 bonus) plus Sales Commission.
