Head of Operations 

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of CISCACECIL across Production, Quality Control, Store/Inventory, Customer Service, Website, Lekki Store and Administration.
• Manage and hold Line Managers accountable for departmental performance, KPis, deadlines and operational standards.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all departments.
• Oversee production planning, tailor workload allocation, urgent orders, production timelines, fittings, alterations and order fulfilment.
• Ensure Production and Quality Control work together to maintain quality while meeting delivery deadlines.
• Monitor inventory, fabric availability, stock discrepancies and materials required for production.
• Oversee customer experience across the Website, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social platforms, ensuring urgent customer issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' professional experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in a senior operations, management or leadership position.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or departments.

Salary

N500,000 per month.
