Role Overview
- The Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the business to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- The role involves overseeing logistics, inventory, procurement support, installation scheduling, and coordination with technical teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of client projects.
- Schedule and monitor installation, maintenance, and servicing of ambient scenting systems.
- Liaise with the technical team to ensure prompt deployment and completion of client requests.
- Monitor service schedules and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate procurement requests and track the delivery of fragrance oils, diffusers, and branding materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries to clients across various locations.
- Track operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure operational documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfilment of customer orders.
- Escalate operational issues and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
- Experience in service-based, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 monthly
