Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Personnel to join our housekeeping team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling of guest laundry according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with linen inventory management and storage.
- Support housekeeping operations as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift laundry bags, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
