Operations Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its outlets, bakery, catering and events activities.
- As a fast-growing Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with ambitious expansion plans, HFC is looking for a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards, lead teams and continuously improve processes in response to customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across HFC’s business units and ensure effective coordination.
- Lead operational teams, driving accountability, productivity and adherence to standards.
- Monitor service and food quality, cleanliness, stock control and operational costs.
- Implement and maintain SOPs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Respond quickly to operational challenges and develop practical, creative solutions.
- Monitor operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate operational requirements for catering, events and other special activities.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Procurement, Stores and other teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a senior supervisory role, preferably within a restaurant, eatery or QSR environment.
- Strong practical understanding of high-volume restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, stock and daily workflow.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, inventory, stock control and cost management.
- Ability to think on their feet, make sound decisions and develop practical, creative solutions to operational challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
- Experience with astructured, reputable QSR or restaurant brand will be an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
