Job Description
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a restaurant in Wuse Zone 4.
- The Restaurant Floor Supervisor will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to create a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high standards of service.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure service efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain optimal operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Remuneration
- Salary: N100,000 - N110,000 monthly.
- Feeding while on duty: Provided.
- Accommodation: Provided.
