Description
- We are seeking a driven and people-first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
- Your singular mission: turn warm and cold leads into confirmed, satisfied clients.
- You'll own the full conversion funnel — from first contact through signed agreement — using a blend of consultative selling, persistence, and genuine relationship-building.
Responsibitlies
- Establish contact with Potential Clients.
- Provide advisory on best solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead quality feedback
- Hit and exceed monthly conversion rate targets
- Onboard new clients and hand off to account management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 7 years experience.
Salary
N180,000 - N300,000 monthly.
