Fulfillment Officer
Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in company or inventory systems.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately retrieve items from storage, inspect them for damage, and pack them securely for dispatch.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with delivery riders, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, record inbound and outbound shipments, and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent shortages.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, shipping delays, returns, and order discrepancies promptly.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
