General Manager
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Purpose
- Responsible for the overall management of the hospitality business, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, staff productivity, cost control, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations across all departments.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, budgets, and profitability.
- Control food costs, stock, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, security, and facility management.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve business performance.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Work closely with HR, Accounts, Audit, Procurement, and departmental heads.
- Identify operational problems and implement timely solutions.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience.
