Videographer / Video Editor

Description
- We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer/Video Editor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for the company.
- Create engaging videos for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns, and corporate activities.
- Handle video editing from raw footage to final production.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas that effectively promote the company and its properties.
- Capture property tours, client testimonials, events, and promotional content.
- Add appropriate music, captions, transitions, graphics, and other elements to videos.
- Ensure all video content reflects the company’s brand and professional image.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
- Stay updated on current social media video trends and creative content formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and sound.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work is required.
- Real estate content creation experience is an added advantage.
