Job Summary
- We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients to convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist clients throughout the property acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Support client retention and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to follow up effectively and work with sales targets.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be proactive, presentable, and willing to learn.
