QA / QC Officer
Location: Obafemi Owode, Ogun

Job Funcations
Supervise all QA/QC activities related to the production of explosives and raw materials.
Coordinate laboratory analysis, sampling, and testing schedules.
Implement and monitor compliance with established quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final output to ensure conformance to specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation for all QC tests, non conformance report and corrective actions.
Lead root cause analysis and initiate corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
Collaborate with production and safety team to ensure quality is built into every stage of the process.
Ensure compliance to Operational and product quality standards and also statutory regulations
Supervise daily process and checks in production plant.
Monitor in-process quality parameters.
Assist the chemist in product improvement and laboratory synthesis of product.
Supervise the activities of the lab assistant towards compliance and SOPs. and GMP
Assist the chemist in product improvement and laboratory synthesis of product.
Requirements
B.Sc in Chemical Engineering,, Microbiology,Industrial Chemistry or any related field
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
Excellent analytical and documentaion and reporting skills
Knowledge of explosive and chemical product testing protocol
A minimun of three (3) years experience
Problem solving and analytical skill.
ISO standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 17025) certificate and GMP Certification is an added advantage.
Quality inspection and testing and GMP compliance monitoring.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
