Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production and operational activities.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
Supervise production, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Monitor KPIs and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Requirements
Minimum of BSc / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations (FMCG preferred).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in production planning and process optimization.
Knowledge of quality control and supply chain management.
