Job Summary
Ensure Hotel Capitol's facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests.
Responsibilities
Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage.
Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs.
AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks.
General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management.
Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status.
Requirements
Trade certificate or diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
Skills in troubleshooting, basic repairs, and safety protocols.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
