Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that promotes our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.
This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, billboards, and social media graphics
Create engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals
Edit and enhance property photos and promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all designs
Prepare files for print and digital publishing
Support video team with basic motion graphics (an added advantage).
Requirements
Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. (Design, Media, or related field preferred)
1 – 3 years experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (CorelDraw is an advantage)
Good understanding of branding and marketing principles
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be willing to work full-time in Awka, Anambra State.
Salary
N70,000 / month
