- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, coordinate deliveries, manage transportation, and ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, dispatch, and distribution activities.
- Supervise drivers, logistics personnel, and daily fleet operations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and proper documentation.
- Track inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
- Resolve delivery delays and other operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or distribution operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
