We are seeking a **personable, experienced, and results-driven Male Showroom Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our showroom in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team of three graduate merchandisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of three merchandisers.
- Monitor sales performance, staff productivity, and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
- Utilize the company's sales and reporting software to track performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
- Report directly to the Manager overseeing multiple showroom locations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail supervision, showroom management, or a related leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and Word**.
- Ability to learn and effectively operate sales management and reporting software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
- High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to understand and speak **Yoruba and/or Igbo** is an added advantage.
