Job Summary
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Promote and sell cosmetics and beauty products to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, and follow up on prospective clients.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Support customer retention through regular communication and after-sales follow-up.
Requirements
- With 3-5 years of experience selling cosmetics product.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.
