Experienced HR Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a partner firmto structure and manage the human capital function of a growing real estate development firm.
This role requires operational depth, leadership maturity, and strong compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Develop and implement HR policies and performance management systems
Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations
Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or corporate environments
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
Experience building HR systems and performance structures
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Must reside within or close to Ikota/Lekki axis.
Candidate Criteria:
Must be available for full-time, on-site work
Must have verifiable experience
Must reside within or near the Ikota/Lekki axis
Strong work ethic and professional conduct required.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
