Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and highly creative experienced Content Creator for apartner firm with deep experience in real estate marketing.
This role requires someone who understands property storytelling, buyer psychology, and digital conversion strategies - not just content posting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with property launches and sales targets
Create compelling scripts, captions, and campaign messaging
Produce high-converting short-form and long-form content
Work closely with the sales and development teams to translate projects into engaging narratives
Manage content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms
Analyze performance metrics and optimize for growth and lead generation
Requirements
2–4 years proven experience in content creation (real estate experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated portfolio of real estate or high-value product campaigns
Strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement, and conversion funnels
Proficiency in content planning tools and basic editing platforms
Must reside within or close to Ikota/Lekki axis
