Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead client accounts within an Advertising, Digital Marketing, or PR Agency environment. The ideal candidate will drive account growth, manage client relationships at a senior level, and ensure delivery of high-impact campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Serve as the primary senior contact for key clients.
• Provide strategic direction for advertising, digital marketing, and PR campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns effectively.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance reporting.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Mentor and manage account management teams.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Account Management.
• Prior experience in an Advertising, Digital Marketing, or PR Agency is required.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
