Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and deliver them on schedule.
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
- Ensure goods are properly loaded and secured.
- Maintain accurate trip, fuel, delivery, and maintenance records.
- Comply with traffic laws and company policies.
- Report accidents, delays, vehicle faults, and other issues promptly.
- Keep the truck clean and ensure routine maintenance is carried out.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the truck category.
- 4–5 years of proven truck-driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Ibadan and assigned routes.
- Basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, time management, and record-keeping skills.
- Reliability, safety consciousness, and physical fitness.
Performance Expectations
- Timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Compliance with traffic regulations and company procedures.
- Proper handling of goods and company property.
- Accurate documentation and prompt reporting.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
