Front Desk Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for the company.
- The successful candidate will manage reception activities, attend to clients and visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Receive and direct incoming calls, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to basic client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services and properties.
- Receive and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assist with property-related inquiries and direct prospective clients to the appropriate sales or property personnel.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, administrative, or similar role.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related service industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office tools.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
