Warehouse / Store Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Summary
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performing team.
This role is critical to keeping products moving safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Manage and train warehouse staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and labor productivity
Manage warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory, shipments, and productivity.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess B.Sc. or HND qualification
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics
Experience using warehouse management software (WMS), inventory control systems, and basic reporting tools
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational reports
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to lift up heavy loadsand be on your feet for extended periods.
