About the Job
- We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead, manage a team, and oversee all financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization.
- He/She must have strong people management skills, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing day-to-day financial activities while providing insights that drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Present financial results and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure optimal working capital levels.
- Oversee banking relationships and support financing activities.
- Implement controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risks.
- Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Lead or support automation and digital transformation initiatives in finance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong people management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
