Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Product Manager to oversee product strategy, marketing, and performance.
- The ideal candidate will drive product growth, strengthen market positioning, and increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage product launches, pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure product marketing activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in pharmaceutical product management or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to drive product growth and achieve business objectives.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
