Logistics Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Officer to manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
- The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, transporters, and suppliers while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and transportation activities.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and other logistics partners.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
- Track logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support inventory and transportation management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.
- Resolve delivery and transportation issues promptly.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation.
- Fresh graduates are not eligible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
- Good knowledge of inventory and transportation management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities effectively.
Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.
