Junior Project Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ikeja - Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to support the planning, development, and delivery of our products.
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organisational skills, an interest in technology and product development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and user needs.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Prepare product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product development progress and follow up on deliverables.
- Support product testing, launches, and post-launch improvements.
- Track product performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain product documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
