Job Summary
- We are seeking passionate, competent, and experienced Subject Teachers, and an Experienced School Principal who can deliver excellent lessons, inspire students, and maintain high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in the relevant subject area.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach in accordance with the school curriculum and established academic standards.
- Assess students' performance, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Identify students' learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and academic progress.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school management regarding students' progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and other school activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in the relevant subject area from a recognised institution.
- Must have previous teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the subject being taught and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson notes, set assessments, and evaluate students' performance.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic development.
- Good interpersonal skills, professionalism, patience, and integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow school policies.
- Relevant teaching certification, such as TRCN registration, is an advantage.
- Must be available to resume immediately and able to work in Okota, Lagos.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly, depending on experience
- Principal 's Salary: Negotiable
