Content Creation and Social Media Lead

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Build and execute comprehensive social media and content calendars aligned with overall brand goals.
- Content Creation: Produce original, platform-native multimedia content—including short-form video (Reels, TikToks), graphics, copy, and written posts.
- Channel & Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to audience comments and direct messages, and cultivate active online communities.
- Campaign & Paid Execution: Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to boost reach, lead generation, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, click-through rate, ROI), analyze trends, and report actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral trends, algorithm shifts, and industry best practices while collaborating with design and product teams
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
