Head of Fashion Production

Job Description
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive production timelines, master schedules, and resource allocations based on collection drops and sales targets.
- Supply Chain & Sourcing: Identify, vet, and manage fabric/trim suppliers and external manufacturing partners, negotiating pricing, MOQs (minimum order quantities), and lead times.
- Quality Control (QC): Establish and enforce strict quality standards, conducting or supervising in-process inspections to eliminate defects before final assembly.
- Cost Management: Track production budgets, monitor unit manufacturing costs, and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing garment integrity.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise, mentor, and schedule pattern makers, cutters, tailors, quality checkers, and production assistants.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, designers, and logistics/fulfillment teams to ensure style integrity and smooth shipping.

Salary
N400,000 - 450,000 monthly.
