Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures.
- Prepare dental instruments, equipment, materials, and treatment rooms.
- Maintain strict sterilisation and infection-control standards.
- Support patient preparation, reassurance, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor dental supplies.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Dental Nursing, Dental Surgery Assisting, or a recognised oral-healthcare qualification.
- 2–3 years of practical dental-clinic experience.
- Recent, hands-on chairside dental-assisting experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, sterilisation, and infection control.
- Excellent patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Professional registration or certification where applicable.
- Basic Life Support certification is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as extended hours when required.
